Miami, South Beach? Count me in...

Updated: May 8, 2023

If you follow us on IG or YouTube, you may have seen our 1st out-of-State project update. We are fortunate to have traveled for work to the often sunny, beautiful, South Beach/ Miami/ Fort Lauderdale, Florida area!

And what a blessing it was, it was such a much needed trip! And awww the weather was great, it actually wasn't humid and not too hot.

Note to self: Travel to South Florida in late April, unless of course you enjoy the humidity and heat.

One of our favorite clients asked us in 2022 if we would be interested in providing our Design and Project Management services for their condo in Miami, FL. It's a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1200 sf. ft. space on the ground level in an older development. Our goal is to update the space with all new fixtures and new finishes as a rental property.

So, last year in November we started with the plans and selected some basic finishes...

Simple, neutral and inexpensive right? It's going to work for a Rental property - right?

Well, maybe I should take a look at a few optional details that will still bring a nice "moment to the space" - bring in the next step, stop at a Local tile shop!

Hence the reason we went to Bedrosians...

Bedrosians Tile & Stone in Deerfield Beach, FL - I had never been to their showroom anywhere - so I had to check out what they had available, before finalizing any finishes.

What a great place with some many options and ideas! You won't be disappointed.

We devoted 3 of the 5 days to work...Bedrosians was just one stop!

I love a black and white moment for so many reasons - it's a simple palette that you can do so much with, the possibilities are endless!

Next up on our list was a Kitchen cabinet store - we visited Procraft Kitchen & Bath. Remember, we're working on a rental property - although they have nice high end cabinets, we just need the basics!

Here are the options of "quick ship/ in stock" cabinets available in less than 4 weeks.

This was the dark espresso cabinets on display - this is not a "quick ship" item,

The trip was so refreshing, so nice to be in a different region of the country. Friendly people and of course the weather was fabulous...

In Life you just never know where your path will take you!

Thanks for following us.

More updates on the Miami Condo project to come - we're working to be done before the end of the Summer!

Ciao
